Arief Tjitra Salim

Arief is the Research and Operations Lead at Plano. He graduated amongst the top 5% of his cohort from Nanyang Technological University and was part of the team that conceptualised, developed and launched Plano into the market. Today, he oversees the research and data analytics activities and operations within Plano to drive user-focused product developments and marketing activities, as well as enhance Plano’s analytics and AI capabilities. To date, he has also authored three universal reports concerning parental awareness and knowledge about myopia, as well as digital eye strain in both adults and children. He has also conducted over 90 eye health talks, reaching out to more than 100,000 primary school children and teachers across Singapore and abroad.
