Dr Alexis Ceecee Britten-Jones (Ceecee) is a clinician-researcher at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Ceecee completed her optometry degree at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, where she graduated with First Class Honours and a University Medal. She completed her PhD at the University of Melbourne in corneal nerve health and diabetes. Ceecee has research expertise in many different areas of eye research and has published peer-reviewed articles on ocular surface disease, ocular nutrition, diabetes, and genetic eye diseases. Ceecee is particularly interested in ophthalmology clinical trials and examining the methods that are used to formulate clinical evidence.
